Arm Care

Too many pitchers at all levels either (a) treat their arm care routine as if it’s a hassle or (b) simply don’t do it properly or thoroughly. With the rise in injuries, every pitcher needs to take arm care seriously. It can cover a variety of topics. For example, on throwing days a typical pitcher should perform a pre-throwing and post-throwing (recovery) protocol. On the other hand, on non-throwing days arm care may simply cover mobility, tissue work and UCL protection routines that help keep the arm in top shape.
