Shipping Policy

Domestic shipments above $75 (merchandise cost) are sent FREE of Shipping charges at no cost to domestic customers. Free shipping does not apply to international sales. Shipments are prepared and shipped within 24-48 hours of initial order.

All estimates of delivery times listed below are provided by the carrier and deliveries may be delayed due to COVID-19 or other events during the year, such holidays or weather related issues.

You will receive notification of shipment with tracking details once the order has been shipped. Our shipments are sent via USPS, UPS and FedEx as follows:

USPS

  • Priority Mail is the United States Postal Service’s standard air service. Packages usually arrive at their domestic destination within 1-3 business days. Transit times vary depending on how far the package has to be delivered from its origin. However, it is important to keep in mind that this is not a guaranteed service. So there is no recourse if packages are delayed.
  • Priority Mail Express is USPS’s fastest shipping service. Depending on the distance a shipment must travel, USPS will make a service commitment of 1 to 3 business days for domestic shipments.
  • International Priority is an expedited way to send mail and packages weighing up to 70 pounds to destinations around the world.  Generally requires 6 to 10 business days.

UPS

  • UPS Ground is the basic and most economical USP service available. Although typically affordable, it’s not particularly great for time-sensitive deliveries, as shipping times generally range from one to five or more business days.

FedEx

  • FedEx Home Delivery generally requires 1–5 business days within the contiguous U.S., 3−7 business days to and from Alaska and Hawaii.
  • FedEx Standard Overnight offers next business day delivery by 3 p.m. to most U.S. addresses, delivery by 8 p.m. to residences.

Tracking Information

You should have received an email notification from RPP Baseball (and XPS Ship) at the time the order was shipped.  Tracking information is available in that email.
