Throwing Program

The 8-week throwing program can be used as a warm-up or a ramp-up to a more advanced stage of throwing. Using a gradual and progressed use of over- and underweight implements can both improve throwing efficiency, as well as improve the arm/shoulder’s ability to produce and accept force.  This program is included in the Premium and Pro Throwing Packages as highlighted below.
