Pitching

Depending on the age and experience of the athlete, our training programs and packages for pitchers can be used as warm-up, throwing program, ramp-up or all of the above. By gradually increasing throwing volume, a pitcher’s body and connective tissue has the ability to adapt to the specific stressors/stimuli being applied to it. Our packages and products can be included in warm-up and post throw routines, plyo-care throwing drills, long toss and recovery days.  They are meant to help:

  • Gradually increase throwing volume
  • Improving recovery between starts
  • Building a higher velocity ceiling
