Mobility is defined as the ability to move the body freely into a desired position. Many people get it confused with flexibility which is defined as the capacity of a joint to move through its full range of motion.  This certainly rings true when it comes to mobility work.  Mobility is something that is lost fairly quickly. In fact, many athletes don’t even realize they’re losing it until they’re injured.  The following is a listing of packages and products in our mobility program.
