Can I pick up my order?
Yes, if you’re local you can choose the “Pickup at RPP” option at checkout.
Can I change my order, once it’s been placed?
Unfortunately, orders can not be changed once they have been placed on the website.
What are your payment options?
Our website accepts all major credit cards (through the Stripe payment system) and PayPal for payment processing.
Which carriers do you use?
We use the United States Postal Service (USPS), UPS and FedEx.
How long before I receive my order?
All shipments are expected to ship within 1-2 business days. Most packages will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Due to COVID-19, your normal delivery times may be delayed by several days. This also affects returns.
What is your product warranty?
All of our products are under warranty for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. Please note that normal wear and tear, and product abuse is not covered by this warranty.
What is your return policy?
